3D HOME DESIGN
All my home designs start out as a full size 3D model of the interior and exterior. This allows you to see the finished home and get a true sense of the proportions and how the home will feel. Once the model is completed we can play around with finishes and colors to create your dream home.
SITE PLAN DESIGN
Every build needs a solid, well thought out site plan of how the house will sit on the land. This plan is crucial for city and county permit requirements and will take into account where all the utilities are going, stormwater, waste water, electricity as well as any property setbacks.

All my designs come with scaled drawing plansets that are stamped and engineering certified so your contractor is ready to build and submit for permitting.
