For this project I went 50/50 partners with my builder friend who owns Tandem Design & Construction to create a rad rental/AirBnB house nestled in the gorgeous Chuckanut mountains right off of the historic Chuckanut Drive. I love to keep master suites seperate from the other bedrooms for privacy so the house has a central living/kitchen and dining area that opens out to the deck via a glass sliding garage door and the bedrooms and bathrooms are on opposite sides of the house. The house is west face so it gets tons of great natural light in the afternoon and evening. This house can be rented on AirBnB currently at:
